Our emergency relief team can support you and your family with financial and/or practical support while you are experiencing a crisis during a difficult time or unforeseen circumstances.
Are you experiencing a financial crisis and need support?
Depending on your situation, we can help with:
- Food vouchers to help with groceries
- Meals* (available at some locations)
- Petrol vouchers to help with travel cost
- Payment towards your utility or other essential bills
e.g. rent, electricity, phone etc.
If you’re facing other challenges, our team is happy to talk with you and connect you with additional support that may be available.
Eligibility
Emergency relief is offered to anyone in immediate need on a case by case basis, subject to:
- available funding/resources
- support/assistance required
- assessed need
Our staff may ask for information and discuss your current circumstances to more accurately assess your needs and find the best way to assist you.
Our goal is to support you during this difficult time with care and respect.
