Want to meet new people, have fun, improve your fitness, and learn Latin Dance? Co.As.It. Community Services is running Latin dance classes across two convenient locations in Brisbane.
Classes are offered every Wednesday morning at the newly renovated Amici House in Bracken Ridge from 8:45am to 9:45am, and 9:45am to 10:45am. Amici House is located at 294 Bracken Ridge Road, Bracken Ridge, and has plenty of parking on-site.
Classes are $20 per month and are run by a professional Latin dance teacher who will have you in a shimmy in no time. “Everyone feels welcome at the classes,” says Rafael Pitarello, a dance teacher with Co.As.It.
You don’t need a partner or any experience, just comfy clothes, comfy shoes, and a willingness to learn something new.
“Latin Dancing helps improve coordination, memory, endurance, flexibility, and most importantly, it makes your heart happy,” says Pitarello. “I guarantee you will see a huge difference in your overall mood, decrease stress levels, and a boost to your overall well-being.”
